Myles Noel

Myles Ian Noel is a senior at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology majoring in Chemistry with a concentration in Mathematics. Born in Norfolk, Virginia, Myles grew up as a first-generation child to parents who came from the islands of Trinidad and Tobago. Growing up, Myles’ family held scholarship in high regard and it became one of his core values at an early age. Looking at the aims of this fraternity, Myles naturally resonated with the value of the fraternity.
On campus, Myles is heavily involved within the Black community. He has served as the Attorney General, Social-Cultural Co-Chair, and Historian of MIT’s Black Students’ Union. He has also served as Co-Chair of Chocolate City. Finally, he has served a committee member of MIT’s Annual MLK Celebration Planning committee. Outside of those activities, Myles works in the Willard Research Group doing research in computational chemistry.
